Low Voltage Solutions, headquartered in Farmers Branch, Texas, is a local woman owned business (WBE) as recognized by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. We were founded in 2011 as a performance-driven, safety-oriented company specializing in the installation of low voltage systems for commercial buildings. Our strong emphasis is Building Automation and Fire Alarm Systems (ACR-1762752). We are fully insured and have the bonding capacity to handle current projects as well as a developing backlog. Cumulatively, our team members have over 200 years of relevant experience and provide the backbone of our organization. We are committed and pride ourselves in delivering more than just an electrical installation by offering a level of project management unique to our industry. This includes contractor coordination, safety training, project scheduling, progress updates, and documented communication. MICAH PAZOURECK | PRESIDENT
Micah manages the day-to-day operations of the firm with direct reports from Administration, Materials Management, and the Safety Committee. Additionally, Micah manages the marketing of Low Voltage Solutions by implementing all go-to-market strategies including branding and customer outreach events. Her sales, management, and marketing skills have been key in growing the business in three regional branches located in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin/San Antonio, and Oklahoma City. Additionally, she develops a supportive, team-oriented company culture by organizing employee team building events and producing a company newsletter. When Micah is not leading the organization internally, she is busy giving back to those in the community. She serves on the United Way of Denton County board and marketing committee, and the Denton Go Red for Women Luncheon (American Heart Association). This sense of philanthropy was reflected in teams from all branches donating their time and supplies during the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in journalism from Cameron University, and has worked in the construction industry since 2011.
TRI PAZOURECK | VICE PRESIDENT / GENERAL MANAGER
Tri provides the executive and financial management of the organization. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure each branch operates in a manner that maximizes efficiency and profitability. Additionally, Tri oversees the growth of the business by seeking ways to separate the company from the competition. This includes adding layers of organizational structure, fostering a team environment, providing multiple business offerings (i.e. controls, fire alarm, security, data installations etc.), offering Microsoft project creation and maintenance, as well as proposing BIM participation and coordination on a project basis. Under Tri’s guidance, Low Voltage Solutions has been able to secure high profile projects in three booming markets. These successes include the State Farm Dallas hub, Southwest Airlines headquarters, Facebook Data Center, JW Marriott hotel in downtown Austin, DFW International Airport Terminal Renovations, the Tinker Air Force Base EMS upgrade, and 499 Sheridan. Tri holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering technology from Cameron University.
AMY JACOBS | ADMINISTRATIVE/SAFETY MANAGER
Amy began working for Low Voltage Solutions in 2015 as the organization’s Administrator. Her duties included employee payroll processing, certified payroll reports, contract documentation, accounts payable, and providing overall support for all three branches. As she gained knowledge of the construction industry, she demonstrated a desire to expand her skill set and take on an active role on the company safety management team. She has since shifted out of administration and into providing oversight and adherence to the Low Voltage Solutions’ safety policies and procedures. Amy is responsible for submitting site-specific safety documentation, ensuring employees have site-required certifications, and conducting project safety walks to verify compliance. She maintains OSHA-300 logs for each branch and current SDS sheets. Additionally, she spot checks our projects to ensure the quality standards of Low Voltage Solutions, as well as those of our customers, are being met and exceeded. Amy holds an OSHA-30 card and has successfully completed TEXO’s Safety First training program.
KELLIE GAFFNEY | ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Kellie Gaffney joined Low Voltage Solutions in August 2017. Kellie began her career as a project accountant working for a general contractor. Since that time, she has steadily been adding to her resume. She brings the insight of twenty-five years in the commercial construction industry, to include extensive knowledge in accounting and administrative processes, to the LVS team. Her responsibilities include payroll, contract documentation, data entry, OCIP reporting, project billing, and being the hub for all personnel across our three branches. Her strong work ethic and drive has made her stand out in the industry. She was recognized by the NAWIC for Rookie of the Year in 2007 and received the Women in Construction award in 2009. Her background and desire to continue to further her career has made her a tremendous asset to Low Voltage Solutions.
CONNIE MCPHERSON | DFW BRANCH MANAGER
Connie is responsible for the overall management of the Dallas/Fort Worth branch team, ongoing projects, and new business development. She joined Low Voltage Solutions in 2013 and quickly began managing the day-to-day activities, including employee oversight, branch financial responsibility, estimating, and sales. Connie’s flexibility and eagerness to be the best has aided in the growth of the Dallas branch, which executes DDC control projects ranging from the smallest box additions to the multi-high rise skyline changers. Additionally, she is developing a portfolio of projects that add the fire alarm and security segments to the business. She has a strong team around her and with a robust talent base, the Dallas team is delivering results. Current projects include Dallas Cowboys and Toyota headquarters, AT&T, 4000 Horizon, Cypress Waters, Cook Children’s, and the DFW Airport. Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ashford University.
SHAWN HARMON | OKLAHOMA BRANCH MANAGER
Shawn is responsible for team oversight, business growth, and financial management for the Oklahoma market. He started in the construction industry as an apprentice electrician. Today, each of his employees go through the same training process to ensure uniformity across services and to add to the overall employee skillset base. Shawn’s extensive construction experience and team-building skills have led to the growth of the Oklahoma branch, allowing Low Voltage Solutions to secure major projects like the 499 Sheridan, Tinker Air Force Base, Fort Sill, University of Oklahoma Stephenson Research Center, St. Anthony North Urgent Care, and the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. Shawn is a licensed journeyman electrician and holds an Unlimited Contractor’s license with the state of Oklahoma, and a Texas Masters Electrician license.
RICHARD TANNERY, MBA | AUSTIN / SAN ANTONIO BRANCH MANAGER
Richard proudly joined the team in late 2013 to help develop the Austin / San Antonio branch, allowing Low Voltage Solutions to extend service offerings to new and existing clients in the Central Texas region. He has 15 years of construction experience, ranging from landscaping and geotechnical science to Department of Defense contract management and executive program management of healthcare information systems infrastructure construction. The Austin / San Antonio team has amassed a growing portfolio of successful projects, including the Baylor University McLane Football Stadium, the JW Marriott Hotel in downtown Austin, the Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, the Amazon Distribution Center in San Marcos, and the University of Texas Dell Medical Research School, as well as multiple office buildings, school districts, and medical centers in the area. Richard is PMP and ITIL certified, and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA from the Texas State University McCoy College of Business Administration.
