In the Business of Giving Back

Running a successful company isn’t only about making the right business decisions. At Low Voltage Solutions, we believe that leading by example within our communities is a vital part of our organization. Since the beginning, we have been committed to giving back by volunteering or donating our resources. We want our communities to experience the hospitality that comes with being part of the Low Voltage Solutions family.

Our President, Micah Pazoureck, leads by example as a Board Member and the 2018 Campaign Chair for the United Way of Denton County. We also work with charitable organizations as a whole company. One of our favorite organizations to work with is CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). CASA is a nonprofit that supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that abused or neglected children in the United States can be safe, have a permanent home, and the opportunity to thrive. Each year we participate in their Christmas Angels program, donating new toys for children who otherwise may not receive gifts during the holiday season.

Many of our employees are hunters, so we often participate in fundraising events for Ducks Unlimited, a wetlands and waterfowl conservation program. Skeet shooting for charity, including a recent fundraiser for the Children’s Advocacy Center, is also popular with our employees. There’s nothing like a little competition for a good cause!

We always want to support our employees in their charitable efforts, and we are pleased to offer volunteer time and funding when LVS employees feel called to contribute. Of their own accord, employees from all branches came together to provide aid in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. They collected relief supplies and traveled from as far as Oklahoma to donate items to local shelters and provide clean-up assistance to families in need. We are proud that our employees felt empowered to help, knowing they would have the full support of Low Voltage Solutions.

A family-oriented environment is one of the fundamental concepts of LVS. Our company culture has evolved into a tight-knit community, creating a spirit of charity and camaraderie that reinforces the bond of our employees and spreads into our local communities. We believe that donating our time, attention, and resources paves a foundation for the future success of others, and is a small way to bring more people into the LVS family.
